Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Because each piece is handmade to order, we can’t accept returns on items that show signs of use or mishandling.

Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

To start a return, please email us at madebynatenj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Items marked final sale or purchased at a discount

- Gift cards


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
